How do I book an appointment ?

Right here on the JQS Services website! It’s a 24/7 portal for you to book services, schedule in advance, make changes, and reschedule / cancel your appointments. Just click the button above, and you’ll be on your way!


Can I book services with you directly?

Booking online is the only way we can both be sure your appointment is scheduled during an available time with no conflicts.


How do I get Monthly / Recurring Service Discounts? (the #1 Most-Asked Question!)

Be sure to SELECT RECURRING APPOINTMENTS when scheduling, in order to get the Discounted Rate for your home type and service (1x Monthly, 2x Monthly, Weekly, etc.).

Do I have to put down a Credit Card?

A Credit Card IS required to book your appointment, but you choose whether you want to Pay In Advance, or just use your card to Reserve Your Booking.
All personal data is encrypted and safe through SquareSpace’s Scheduling Software, and will only be charged after service, OR in the event of Change or Cancellation Fees.
I also carry a Secure Credit Card Reader with me, if you’d like to run your card in person at the end of service.


What are the charges if I need to Change or Cancel my appointment?

Services must be cancelled 48 hours in advance to avoid service fees. Services cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will be charged a $75 cancellation fee. If I am unable to enter the home on the day of service, a 50% No-Show Fee will be charged.
